Junior is an artist, comedian, and content creator from Saint-Louis on Réunion Island. He rose to prominence in 2018 with his viral parody “Yaupe,” which propelled him into the spotlight and led to him signing with the label Mafia Endemik © Music Group.
He then followed up with a string of hits, including “Kompaladie” (over 10 million views) and “Tempaw,” both featuring DJ Sebb, further confirming his popularity. In 2022, he released his first EP *SunSet*, followed by the collaborative project *Junior & Co* in 2023.
In 2024, he released a new EP titled *Canicul*. That same year, he unveiled the track “G Lésou,” which was a major success and has accumulated over 7 million streams on Spotify to date.
In 2025, he continued collaborating, notably with Shad Hottaboy on the track “C’est OK,” and also appeared on “La Manigance,” a project bringing together many of the leading shatta artists of the moment.
Since the beginning of 2026, Junior has kept up his momentum with new collaborations alongside DJ Sebb, Le Jem’s, YSN, and Gold Up.
Blending music and comedy, Junior captivates audiences with his on-stage energy and strong online presence, amassing over 45 million views on YouTube.
