For Tine Poppy, music is like haute couture: an alliance of strength and finesse where words become weapons and the stage becomes armor. A former high-level gymnast and later a journalist, she draws from these experiences the energy of challenge and a demanding relationship with words.

Originally from Le Port in Réunion Island, she blends pop, sega, and maloya to champion an assertive femininity, a proud Creole identity, and a freedom that must constantly be protected. On stage, her universe moves between rhythmic intensity and more intimate, hushed moments, always carried by a strong sense of collective spirit. Surrounded by her loyal musicians, Tine Poppy embodies an engaged, vibrant, and resolutely contemporary elegance, guided by sharing and a touch of Creole second-degree humor.
