Comores
Afro-toirab
Saturday 06 June
• FILAOS Stage

Born in 1992 in the Comoros, Malha is a Comorian singer whose artistic universe is shaped by resilience, commitment, and a strong sense of identity. Orphaned at a very young age, she found an essential refuge in music, developing a sincere and deeply felt style of writing. Through her songs, she conveys a powerful message in support of the empowerment of African women, addressing themes of dignity, inner strength, independence, and the fight against social injustice. Committed to gender equality, she uses her voice as a tool for raising awareness. Proud of her roots, Malha celebrates Comorian cultural identity by blending local languages and traditional sounds with contemporary influences. Her style moves between afrobeat, afrohouse, afropop, and afro-toirabé.
