Kom Zot is a Réunionese reggae band, specifically from the working-class neighborhood called Le Chaudron. Formed in 1991, Kom Zot are pioneers of “Reggae Made in Réunion,” emerging in the wake of the riots that shook the island that same year. The original members of the group are Luciano Mabrouck, Michel Andamaye, Pascal Gaps, and Guy-Noel Alexis.
